Business Partners Limited is South Africa's leading risk financier for small and medium-sized businesses. The company offers risk finance using equity, royalty and debt finance, or a combination, and added value support in the form of mentorship and property investment and management for entrepreneurs in South Africa and selected African countries.

The Small Enterprise Development Agency (Seda) is an agency of the Department of Small Business Development. We provide business development and non-financial support services for small enterprises and co-operatives, through our national network in partnership with other role players in small enterprise support. Seda has a presence in some townships and rural areas and has programmes targeting youth and women reaching over 12 000 enterprises nationwide. Seda also implements programmes targeted at business development in areas prioritised by the Government and DSBD.
