Bexley is a borough of opportunity, community and ambition. Located on the south-east edge of Greater London, we're proud to serve more than 246,000 residents across a diverse and growing borough.
At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to public service. We're transforming how local government works - embracing innovation, empowering communities and delivering modern, sustainable services that meet the needs of residents today and in the future.
Our people are our greatest strength. We value growth, encourage innovation and invest in learning and development, giving colleagues the opportunity to build meaningful careers and make a real impact.
From social care and education to housing, environmental services and corporate support, every role contributes to improving outcomes for our residents and communities.
