Becton’s Development and Construction business has been delivering iconic award winning projects for over 30 years. This business has development projects worth $1.6 billion underway including two major long term projects in partnership with the state governments of Victoria and New South Wales - as well as projects across our Retirement portfolio. Through its Retirement Living business and Retirement Alliance with the Government of Oman Investment Fund, Becton owns and manages retirement assets with a value of more than $500 million across Australia. It has grown this business to more than 1,000 residential retirement dwellings under management across 7 villages across Australia.
