Since 2013, Beauxwright has played a key role in the acquisition and development of 13 projects. These successful efforts have comprised 1,258 residential units, 1.8MM of total square footage, and over $200MM in total development and acquisition costs. With our diverse backgrounds in development, operations, principal investing, capital markets, and brokerage in markets across the U.S., we offer big picture thinking with an eye on the fine details.
