Bearospace at UCLA is a student-run rocketry team dedicated to designing, building, and launching high-powered rockets. We provide hands-on experience in aerospace engineering, including avionics and systems design, while fostering innovation and technical skill development among students. As a project under AISES (American Indian Science and Engineering Society) at UCLA, we aim to increase the representation of Indigenous and other underrepresented students in STEM. We support members through mentorship, collaboration, and participation in competitive rocketry projects. Bearospace aims to empower the next generation of engineers, inspire innovation, and promote diversity in aerospace fields.
