Bear Energy Services is a Nationwide Water Transfer Company dedicated to providing your business with qualified and certified labor. Bear Energy Services began operations in 2014; since inception, we’ve made safety a priority. All our employees are safety certified, have completed and passed background checks, and participate in our random drug testing program. With the constant need to respond to our customers with a well-trained workforce, Bear Energy Services has an in-depth training program for all of our employees. Our training program includes introducing the equipment, tools, procedures, and safety protocols before entering the field. Bear Energy Services gives employees a head start into safety culture, including classroom instruction and simulated field experiences.
