Hello, we’re Union. We’ve been sourcing, roasting, living and loving good coffee since 2001. Our mission is to provide you with the best possible cup by sourcing and selecting unique coffees and by crafting roasts that excite. Each of our coffees is hand-picked and hand-roasted in East London by our team of enthusiastic coffee experts. We source our coffee direct from farmers, who we work with long term to improve both the quality of the coffee and livelihoods.

Ritual Coffee Roasters opened in May 2005 with the intention to share amazing coffee with San Francisco and it was only a matter of weeks, or maybe just one, before Ritual had a line out the door. Many of our customers asked what we were doing to our coffee to make it taste so good, while the connoisseurs simply wanted to know what took us so long to get here. Since then, we've devoted ourselves to sourcing the best coffee in the world by creating unique partnerships with groups and individuals throughout Central and South America. Our focus on sourcing allows us to offer seasonally fresh coffees throughout the year.

A multi-award-winning coffee roasting company, Square Mile Coffee Roasters was founded in 2008 by speciality coffee pioneers, Anette Moldvaer and James Hoffmann. Synonymous with London coffee culture, we’ve grown to be a dynamic team of 22 talented coffee professionals, all sharing a wealth of experience and passion for what we do. Focused on wholesale, we choose to work with, train and support like-minded businesses wishing to serve our mindfully sourced and skillfully roasted coffee to the best of their ability. Curious, we’re on a mission to continually evolve, measuring our impact and looking for better solutions to our everyday tasks. By working together and supporting our partners across the supply chain, we strengthen our relationships, build expertise and contribute towards placing London speciality coffee & culture on the map.
