We have developed a successful business by providing individual solutions for a wide range of equipment protection problems across many diverse industries, including medical, rail, machine tool and power generation. Our company designs and manufactures products that utilise composite materials, polymers, flexible fabrics and metals, embracing a number of manufacturing processes including laser cutting, folding, welding, moulding and assembly. Products designed and manufactured include machine tool guards, flexible connectors, bellows, trolleys, metal fabrications and other machinery protection equipment. Beakbane designs products to satisfy your individual requirements and we specialise in the manufacture of small to medium sized batches. Beakbane provides a complete service from the initial design through to delivery of the finished product, utilising AutoCAD and SolidWorks CAD/CAM systems. Using our core skills we can now offer Supply Partnerships to design, develop and manufacture new or existing products by combining our sheet metal, flexibles and composite design and manufacturing experience with our purchasing and component parts manufacturing capability to produce fully assembled units.
