BeActive is a boutique, women's health studio dedicated to the health and wellbeing of women. With a passion for women’s health, we offer women of all ages and physical capabilities a safe, nurturing community to focus on health and fitness through pregnancy, motherhood and beyond. BeActive collaborates closely with some of major hospital, obstetricians, GPs, Maternal Child Health nurses and women’s health specialists to ensure you have the best care, from start to finish. With an emphasis on pre and postnatal care, pelvic floor treatment, injury management and staying active at every life stage.
