Beacon Cycles is a professional bicycle shop located in Beacon, NY at the foot of the Hudson Highlands. With thousands of acres of mountain biking, hundreds of miles of pristine road and plenty of local attractions around town, Beacon Cycles is ideally located to serve a variety of riders. If it's a new bike you're looking for, our staff will make sure you get the right bike and the right fit. We stock a variety of bicycles from Kona, Jamis, Intense, Transition, Surly, Eastern, Redline, DK and We The People. From a basic tune up to single/fixie conversions to building a custom cruiser, we can do it all. Our tune-up packages will get your bike shifting smoothly and your brakes working the way they should. We even do in-house suspension service for you mountain bikers out there. Just have a question? We'll gladly explain whatever it is you need to know! Unlike many other shops, Beacon Cycles does most suspension work in-house. Instead of waiting 6-8 weeks for your fork to be sent out for service we can get you back on your bike in 1-2 weeks. We service most forks and air rear shocks and can do anything from oil and seal changes to damper repairs. We are also pro’s at suspension tuning. We’ll ask a lot of questions about your riding style to make sure we get your fork and shock set-up best for you and the trails you ride. Please call for pricing on suspension work and tuning.
