At Be Different, we’ve always believed that recruitment should be more than just filling roles, it’s about building lasting relationships that stand the test of time. Founded on the passion and creativity of the gaming industry, we’ve proudly partnered with everyone from indie start-ups and scaling AA studios to the global giants driving the biggest projects in the world! While gaming remains our foundation, we’re now venturing back to our roots, expanding into the IT, AI, and finance sectors. These industries share our core values of innovation, ambition, and the relentless pursuit of excellence and we’re thrilled to bring our unique approach to these spaces. Our mission has always been to create a truly unique experience for our clients, candidates, and team alike. By combining genuine relationships, building with deep industry knowledge, we ensure that every connection we make is meaningful, transparent, and built to last. Giving back is also at the heart of what we do. We donate 5% of every fee to charity, split equally between the hiring manager’s and candidate’s chosen causes. To date, we’ve proudly donated over £350,000 to charities across the globe and we’re just getting started!
