BDS was established in 1989 to provide design services for the renewable energy market, over the years we have designed a complete range of solar mounting solutions for a large range of solar panels. We can provide mounting solutions from a single panel mounting kit for caravans and narrow boats etc., to pole mount arrangements, wall mounting systems and off grid ground mount structures including our popular tubular steel structures and range of high level structures used for harsh environments. Our range of solar array structures is also complemented by our cabling solutions and battery boxes. We provide bespoke structures and mounting solutions to suit your requirements, in galvanised steel or aluminium. All structures are supplied with fasteners and installation instructions. We also provide 2D design draughting services using AutoCad, from your conceptual designs to complete drawing packages, and bit part drawings. In addition to this, we have our own in house fabrication and sheet metal workshop, whether you are looking for one off prototypes or full batch production runs.
