BDS Manufacturing Information

Bhagwan Dass & Sons (BDS Manufacturing) makes precision-forged and machined components for customers who cannot afford a bad part. Since 2018, from one 45,000 sq ft plant in Rohtak, Haryana, we have run hot forging, cold forging and precision machining under a single roof and a single quality system. A 1,000-tonne direct-drive screw press and two 160-tonne presses feed 56 machines — CNC turning, vertical milling, drill-tap centres, sliding-head automatics and precision grinding. Dies are designed and cut in-house. Every batch is signed off in our own laboratory, on CMM and profile projector. WHAT WE MAKE 36+ live part profiles in alloy steel, aluminium, titanium, copper alloys, stainless and superalloys — drivetrain and structural parts, fluid conveyance systems, truck transmission components, shocker assemblies, machined aluminium housings for e-mobility, and forged bars to 700 mm. WHO WE SERVE Automotive, locomotive, aerospace, e-mobility and defence. Direct customers include Imperial Auto, Musashi, AAM, Plews & Edelmann, Sterling Gtake E-Mobility, BHEL and HAL. Through our Tier-1 partners, our components reach BMW, Porsche, Mercedes-AMG, Ford, Volvo, Honda and Cummins programmes. We ship to Germany, the Czech Republic, the USA and Mexico on DDP, DAP, FCA, EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF terms. CERTIFIED IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, certified by TÜV Rheinland. For defence, our group holds a Ministry of Home Affairs licence for pressure-bearing small-arms components and ammunition; AS 9100 Rev D and DGQA are under implementation. THE GROUP Metallurgy since 1997. Forging and machining since 2018. Defence, aerospace and exports since 2025 through Zentara Engineering. 350 KW of rooftop solar today, on the way to carbon-neutral power by 2030. Send us a drawing.
