BDO Ideas at Work is a focused and dynamic management consultancy company, founded as Ideas at Work in 2000 and located in Brussels. Since 2018 we are part of the BDO family. We help our customers, in partnership, to work more efficiently, customer focused and result driven. By doing so, we support them in enabling the structural and sustained embedment of continuous improvement and in addressing organizational changes through high-quality consultancy, training and coaching services. Our growing team of 40 enthusiastic and motivated (senior) management consultants combines theoretical knowledge and expertise with extensive practical experience. Professionalism, sense for initiative, openness and fun are the four core values that we put in practice both internally as externally. We stand for a pragmatic approach in which expertise, project based working and knowledge transfer are key. Methods and knowledge are put into practice, adjusted to the specific customer needs. This approach guarantees a maximum return on investment for our clients. On top of that, we approach the collaboration with our customers in a project-based way, from planning over execution until evaluation, with clear and measurable progress as a result. “Ideas, at work!” means that we focus as well on the design as on the implementation of improvements and changes.
