BDNC (Holding) Limited was originally from Beijing Design and Creation Electronics (Beijing) Co Ltd which was founded in Beijing. Company founder was management Buy-out (technology and assets) from share holders to from BDNC at 2007 and success to raise registered capital at 2016 from Taiwan. Taiwan technical and strategy share holders expands our consultant business from Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Mixed-Signal IP and electro-acoustic to product development, production and selling that base on these technology know-how. 1995: BDNC was Founded in Beijing China to recruit and train intellectuals to be the cutting edge algorithm provider for Taiwan semi-conductor company. 1997: One of the top seventy high-tech enterprises in Beijing China. (Certification no.) 2007: BDNC (Holding) Limited was founded. 2011: Very Low Ohm (VLO) speaker technology for audio system was developed. 2016: Research and IP development is focused on using ultra thin tempered glass. Especially on our new rich bass type flat thin speakers, we have three different sizes, such as middle size FP-SPK-M (160x40x17mm), large size FP-SPK-L (584x92x25mm), small size FP-SPK-S (80x20x7.2mm). Following is coming on our road map, glass cone speakers, special type Audiophile Headphone, VLO Class-D and Class-AB amplifier IC development, production and selling.
