Our mission is: - to represent the direct marketing sector by having a good relationship with authorities, media & other stakeholders in order to defend & leverage the usage of direct marketing & to provide legal & privacy advise to our members. - to promote multichannel direct marketing by the organisation of events, training sessions & expert teams in order to increase the level of direct marketing expertise, the usage of direct marketing, the results of the marketing campaigns & the business of our members.
