BD2, LLC is a policy research and analysis firm offering services to public and private organizations to help them achieve informed decision-making in policy and practice. BD2 is dedicated to providing high-caliber research products and analytical tools that assist its clients in assessing program effectiveness, identifying best practices and addressing the complex questions involved in sound policy-making. At BD2, we use a wide range of quantitative and qualitative research methods to conduct policy research and applied economic analysis in the following policy areas: health and social policy, and international development. Established in 2012, BD2 is a woman-owned small business and maintains a SWaM certification in the State of Virginia.
