BCI Technology was founded in 1999 by a group of likeminded software and systems integration specialists, working in the aerospace and high technology industries, who saw the need for a more disciplined approach to ICT project management and ICT project delivery. We use our own premium, specialised systems engineering tools and products to provide services that tame the complexity of technology enabled business transformation and change - within a continuous improvement culture. We are specialists in "Business and Complex Systems Integration" and assist our clients through all stages of the program and project lifecycle. A business division BCI Labs, provides important back office services and incubates the development and continual improvement of new tools, techniques and training. BCI Labs has a particular focus on the development, verification and validation of requirements. Our team of requirements experts ensure a fundamental objective: that our clients have the right system built and that it is built correctly. Our people have developed unique capacities in very large scale ICT program/project management and systems integration and have achieved very high value results for our important clients.
