BCFI is a Florida based services organization with the following areas of expertise. Consulting The BCFI Team specializes in Cognos BI, we don't do TM1 or Planning. I suppose we could say we do everything and then scramble to find someone but you can go to other firms for that. We also specialize in Cognos SDK, SQL Server (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS) and .NET. Tuning We can also help you tune your databases, reports, cubes. If you find things getting slower, we can help you pin point where the problems are and recommend steps. Unfortunately, with performance tuning it is more of an art than a science but we've yielded pretty good results using our proven methodology. Administration Administering Cognos is a fulltime job, but often due to resource limitations it's difficult to have someone inhouse do it. We can assign you a dedicated 24/7 resource who can be onsite in an emergency in under 5 hours. You just don't get that level of support from anyone but us. Help Desk/Tier 2 Support Let us help you take the support tasks off your admins/developers/architects so they can do what they were hired to do.
