Established in 2016, BCAT Consultlng is comprised of accomplished law enforcement executives dedicated to Globally Championing Transparency, Accountability, and Integrity throughout their profession. BCAT Consulting focuses on bringing solutions to law enforcement's greatest challenges. Through their years in the profession, BCAT's founding members recognized many peace officer candidates, whether college educated or not, were underequipped to excel in the hiring process. As a result, BCAT Recruit Services was developed to formulate strategies and resources focusing on how the law enforcement hiring process works, what agencies are looking for, and to provide this insight to their clients at an affordable price.
