We are an interdisciplinary team of dedicated and passionate community builders. We care about community health and well-being. We go the extra mile to support building healthier, thriving, resilient communities. Our team compliment of planners, public health professionals and community practitioners bring the most effective practice-based evidence and evidence-based practice to inform our work. We utilize a wide variety of tools and facilitated processes for maximum impact.
