Consumer Branded Products (CBP). Indofood CBP is one of the leading packaged food producers in Indonesia, with a wide range of packaged food products. ICBP product brands are among the strongest brands with the most significant mind share in Indonesia for consumer food brands.
Bogasari, primarily a producer of wheat flour as well as pasta. Its business operations are supported by shipping and packaging units.
Agribusiness. The Group’s principal business activities range from research and development, seed breeding, oil palm cultivation and milling; as well as the production & marketing of branded cooking oils, margarine and shortening. In addition, the Group is also involved in the cultivation and processing of rubber and sugar cane as well as other crops.
Distribution, which boasts the most extensive distribution network in Indonesia, distributes the majority of Indofood’s and its subsidiaries’ consumer products as well as third–party products.
Cultivation and Processed Vegetables activities are conducted by China Minzhong Food Corporation Limited (“CMFC”) which is listed on the SGX and is an integrated vegetable processing company in the People’s Republic of China. Through its decades of experience CMFC has developed an integrated demand-driven operation with wide-ranging cultivation and processing capabilities. In addition, CMFC also has a branded products operation.
Pupuk Indonesia PT (Persero) is the largest fertilizer manufacturer in Southeast Asia with total assets of IDR. 34.42 trillion and total production capacity of 12.71 million tonnes per year.
Incorporated in 1959, PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero), formerly known as PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero) or Pusri (Persero), is a State-Owned Enterprise (SOEs) being the first fertilizer manufacturer in Indonesia which supports national development policy.
The history of PT Indonesia (Persero) over five decades is divided into two primary phases as illustrated below.
During the first phase after its incorporation, PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja, the former name of the company, was a stand-alone business unit operating 1959 to 1997.
The second phase was marked by the issuance of Government Regulation (PP) Number 28 of August 7, 1997, creating PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero) as the holding company (Holding Company) in Indonesia which controls the following subsidiaries: PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja, Palembang, PT Petrokimia Gresik (PKG), PT Pupuk Kujang (PKC), PT Pupuk Kaltim (PKT), PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda (PIM), PT Industrial Engineering (REKIND) and PT Mega Eltra (ME)
Perum BULOG is a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) which was established through Government Regulation (PP) No. 7/2003 to replace National Food Logistic Agency (BULOG). The main purpose in establishing this entity is to manage the supply and logistic of basic foodstuffs, especially rice to meet people demand.
