BBE Group is a real estate private equity sponsor in Dallas–Fort Worth. We buy overlooked flex-industrial buildings, repair and improve them quickly, and sell them to the owner-users who need the space. We also develop build-to-rent communities and entitle land in North Texas growth corridors. That is the whole business. One market since 2017. Everything we own is within about an hour of our office. Sourcing, underwriting, construction management, and asset management under one roof, and every deal through the same investment committee. We have run funds since 2018 rather than syndicating deal by deal. When an asset sells, that capital goes straight back to work in the next one instead of sitting idle between raises, so the same dollar does more than one job. We commit our own capital alongside our investors, and the number we watch is dollars returned to dollars deployed.
