Established in 1988, Bavarian Auto Haus is the premier BMW and Mini Cooper repair facility in Reno and Sparks. Our staff has years of experience servicing BMW and Mini Cooper models. Mark Bartholomew, our lead technician, attended Universal Technical Institute and received an Associates Degree in Automotive Technology. He graduated on the Directors Honors List, Alpha Beta Kappa and was accepted into the BMW STEP Graduate Program. He also has passed eleven BMW Technical Training Classes and has attended WTI Mini Cooper service training. Mark has an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for quality service and customer satisfaction. Jeff Neilson is our service advisor. His pleasant nature and sincere interest in you and your vehicles needs are the first steps for the high quality service which we provide.
