Our solution creates competitive advantages for our customers creating a trusted solution for impact data collection, verification, and increasing transparency for donors. BaudChain plans to sell a complete CRM solution that includes a financial management module, optional impact data module, online donation plugin, and integration into the BaudChain. BaudChain will sell this as a software as a service solution (SaaS). BaudChain will host all data for its customers and charge a monthly fee that varies depending on the size of the non-profit and modules purchased. BaudChain, acting as a merchant service provider for credit card transactions, will also take an industry standard fee for each transaction. 30 cents and 2.54% per transaction.
