They deliver goods or services on invoice terms (i.e., Net 30, 60, 90 or even 120 days). They wait to be paid and wait, wait and wait some more. Working with our Network Members, Baton moves AR balances and their associated risk from the balance sheet of small businesses to the balance sheet of banks – expanding the selling power of small businesses! Our proprietary technology platform and unique B2B invoice payment network was founded on 4 core beliefs: 1. Small businesses should get paid when goods and services are delivered. 2. Small businesses should not have to finance their customers’ purchases. 3. Small businesses should not bear the risk of their customers’ late-payment or non-payment. 4. Business and government customers should continue to get the invoice terms they love, want and need. After all, accounts payable are an important part of their capital position.
