Bath & Edmonds was founded in 1997 when Tom Bath and Robb Edmonds, former colleagues at the Johnson County District Attorney's Office, began their private practice together. They are constantly committed to providing the highest level of representation to their clients. The practice at Bath & Edmonds is devoted solely to representing individuals and businesses in criminal cases and other government agency investigations. Each of our attorneys has spent time working in a prosecutor's officer, either State or Federal, with years of criminal law experience. Collectively our attorneys have tried in excess of 300 felony jury trials and 1000 bench trials. Local and national publications have recognized the firm for their outstanding results. We have an arsenal of legal resources and investigative tools to defend criminal allegations in State and Federal Courts. The firm's primary office is located in Overland Park, Kansas.
