BATCH is a San Francisco-based baking company specializing in exceptional homestyle cookies and baked goods for wholesale and private orders. We take much inspiration from familiar American classics, of course; but we glance as well to faraway lands, and borrow lovely flavor profiles most commonly found of Europe and the Middle East, like in our Tahini-Almond cookies.
