We are Basu and Robin Ghosh, a father and son team in the business of creating great-tasting West Bengali Indian cuisine inspired by our family’s recipes and authentic cooking methods. Not long ago, our five year entrepreneurial journey brought us a new challenge: to bust the popular myth that vegan and vegetarian food cannot be great-tasting. Well, we always love a good challenge, so we went to work right away.
