Bastion Media LLP is an interdisciplinary organization that works at the intersection of research, technology, development and journalism. Through its different products/verticals, Bastion Media aims to study and solve issues of social and developmental importance in India. Bastion Media's first project, The Bastion has been chosen to receive financial support from the Independent Public Spirited Media Foundation (IPSMF) and is joining a prestigious portfolio of companies such as The Print, The Ken, The Caravan, The Wire, Down to Earth, NewsMinute and more. The Bastion is a developmental journalism project that works in select fields; education, environment and sports. The key aim of our project is to bridge the gap between public policy, academia, journalism, business and research, and shed light on issues of importance that the mainstream does not pick up on. Through its research-focused journalism, The Bastion aims to build a better equipped and informed audience and improve the level of societal and political discourse in the nation.
