A Basket Case was founded on these principles: Creative Designs Quality Products Personal Service Our themes and designs have been described by our customers as "elegant," "sophisticated" and "refined". Often times the containers are kept as keepsakes in the recipients' homes. We pay careful attention to the selection of products in our baskets. Quality is paramount at A Basket Case. All of the items are hand-selected. Some products (especially the more tasty ones!) are sampled by the staff before they are added to our inventory. We know our customers wouldn't like to give anything they wouldn't like to get themselves! Like so many others, we have ordered flowers or gifts to be sent to loved ones, only to be disappointed by inept service and poor value. That is the reason we use the instant communication of the Internet for our client approval system. When a custom basket is ordered, a picture is sent to your email address so you can be confident that the gift you ordered is one you'll be proud to send...and the recipient will be thrilled to get!
