BASIS Registration Ltd Information

BASIS Registration Ltd is a charitable company set up to provide training, certification and accreditation for the pesticide, fertilisers and allied industries and interests. BASIS operates the statutory qualifications for pesticide sellers, suppliers and advisers, a range of additional qualifications leading to a Graduate Diploma in Agronomy and industry CPD schemes for pesticides and crop nutrition advisers. There are other CPD schemes for pest control, the dairy industry and Amenity. BASIS audits professional pesticide stores across the UK, in line with industry guidance and in close cooperation with the Fire Authorities, Environment Agencies in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and CRD/HSE, the UK Regulator for the Plant Protection Products (Sustainable Use) Regulations 2012.
