Basin Business Advisors Program Information

Business owners and social enterprises in the Columbia Basin can access the Basin Business Advisors program for free, one-to-one, confidential business advisement services, workshops, and other resources. Our main services include: • One-to-one business advisement; • Free business workshops on topics ranging from buying/ selling a business, the business of farming (marketing, pricing, HR, succession planning), cash flow, and more; • Support to social enterprises (non-profits interested in or already making money through business activities to support their cause); and • Connecting business owners with available resources. Since 2000, the BBA program has been building economic capacity in Basin communities by providing support to Basin businesses—encouraging newly established businesses to grow and prosper and contributing to the successful management of ongoing businesses. This program is funded by Columbia Basin Trust and administered and managed by Kootenay Peaks Advisory LLP.
