Built honestly, with 100% recyclable materials, Danish wind power, and sandbags instead of concrete. We’re a small, founder-led, remote-first team. We don’t do customer tickets. We do real conversations — often with a video filmed from the beach, the park, or someone’s backyard. We talk to our customers like a friend’s friend who asked at a barbecue which parasol to buy, and we help them choose the one that’s right. What we’re building: A company that proves premium can grow without losing its soul. No discounting race. No cheap shortcuts. No “customer service” bots. We hire slow, work asynchronously, and treat our team the way we treat our customers — as humans, not resources.
