Leveraging over 25 years of executive experience we bring together partners to fill experience gaps, augment the founding teams strengths and build capacity and competency within these ventures. We Build, Launch and Scale promising startups through Applied Advisory™, providing strategy and leadership in all areas of fundraising, product development, commercialization and growth. Leveraging the venture studio, our consultancy and the startup service concierge, our model allows us to meet founders and their startups where and how they need and want to engage. Our model prioritizes shared risk / shared reward. Earning equity and/or high performance incentives is one way we align objectives with our startup partners. We engage through scoped projects or as fractional / interim leaders within each venture. Where outsourcing is advisable, we leverage our network to identify the best aligned subject matter experts and service providers to augment our partner's in-house teams.
