Baseball Canada is the governing body for amateur baseball in Canada and the reference in Canada for all baseball related subjects. Baseball Canada is also responsible for the three national teams (Junior and senior men, senior women), 11 national championships, coaching education, long term athlete development and all developmental programs including Rally Cap, My First Pitch, Winterball, Grand Slam, RBI, The Lab).

In 1991, the Canada Games Council was incorporated as a private, non-profit organization responsible for the ongoing development of the Canada Games. The Council is the governing body for the Canada Games. As the Games move from one host community to the next, the Council provides the continuity, leadership and support to Host Societies in key areas such as sport technical, organizational planning, ceremonies and protocol, marketing and sponsorship. In addition, the Canada Games Council ensures effective long-term partnerships with national sport organizations, governments and the corporate sector. The Canada Games Council is a well-established, national organization that fosters on-going partnerships with organizations at the municipal, provincial and national levels. It allocates resources in support of the following mission and strategic directions. // En 1991, le Conseil des Jeux du Canada a été constitué en société privée sans but lucratif avec comme mandat le développement continu des Jeux du Canada. Le Conseil est l’organisme dirigeant des Jeux du Canada. Lorsque les Jeux quittent une communauté pour s’établir dans une autre, le Conseil pourvoit les Sociétés hôtesses en continuité, leadership et soutien dans des domaines clés: éléments techniques des sports, planification organisationnelle, cérémonies et protocoles, marketing et commandite, etc. De plus, le Conseil des Jeux du Canada assure des partenariats efficaces à long terme avec les organismes nationaux de sport, les gouvernements et le secteur privé. Le Conseil des Jeux du Canada est un organisme national bien établi qui entretient des partenariats durables avec des organismes aux paliers municipal, provincial et national. Il distribue ses ressources en fonction de la mission et des orientations stratégiques suivantes.
