Base Build Services was established in 2005 as a specialist Principle Contractor in the Retail and Commercial Sector, with the aim of further developing this existing offer and bringing innovative construction solutions to our clients. Our management and direct shell teams are supported by our sister company’s directly employed interiors trades, in house joinery shop and logistics division. We specialise in Retail and Commercial Fit Outs, Refurbishments, Developers Shell Works as well as New Build and Acquisition Conversions. Our Senior Management Team have extensive industry experience delivering many high profile projects throughout the UK. Our commitment to understanding and supporting our clients core objectives and values has been rewarded with framework agreements with number of National Blue Chip clients.
