Basco is a Detroit-based, innovative owner-developer focused on constructing creative communities through adaptive-reuse of historic structures and infill development in mixed-use neighborhoods throughout Southeast Michigan. Founded in 2001, Basco began as a real estate investment and development company with a target of investing in walk-able districts in metro Detroit. The Company has since grown to be in the forefront of developing up-and-coming neighborhoods and business districts, with a keen respect for the past and a relentless effort in place-making.
