B&C is a real estate and economic development consulting firm with a national practice. The firm is woman-owned and now in its 28th year of assisting corporate, nonprofit and institutional clients. We help clients determine how to convert obsolete, underutilized or impaired properties for reuse as productive assets for the owner and the community. We also assist clients with site selection, tenant representation and large-scale portfolio reviews and underwriting for investment and securitization purposes. The firm has expert witness and arbitration capabilities and we are licenced as real estate brokers in five states.
