Bartlett Homes Information

Bartlett Homes is a local Maitland family business who has been servicing Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Port Stephens and Lake Macquarie Areas for over 20 years. At the moment, Bartlett Homes build around 30 homes a year and employs local contractors which supports the local economy. Tony and Alison Bartlett, the proprietors of Bartlett Homes are both actively involved with the business and make a point of meeting you, even if it is just to say "Hello". While it may seem "old fashioned", Tony and Alison like to let you know that they are approachable and stand behind the homes they build. A Testament to the quality of our homes are awards we have won over the last few years, in 2013 Bartlett Homes was the winner of the local "Special Purpose" and the National winner of Custom Built home. In 2014, we were the finalist for best Display home, which is quite an achievement since our first ever display home was built in 2014. While the awards are something to be proud of, our real pride comes with the volume of return clientele and word of mouth clients, which make up a significant volume of our business.
