Barsupport has been developing cocktail tap technology since 2002. Not from a lab, but from the working side of the bar. Founders Ian Bartos and Jorgos Stein are award-winning bartenders who spent twenty-five years running cocktail operations at volume, and built one of the first tap systems made for cocktails rather than beer. We do two things. We develop the technology, and we advise bars, hotels and event operators on how to put cocktails on tap without losing the craft. Springbay, our range of cocktail taps and stations, came out of that work.
