Based in the United Arab Emirates, we focus on the GCC and MENA and work internationally. Local privacy, data-residency and operational requirements inform the design. Founded by Fred Barry, the firm draws on more than 20 years of experience, including five years at Amazon, machine-learning research at Xerox and building the Carrefour Marketplace venture at Majid Al Futtaim. We combine direct senior involvement with specialist delivery partners. Depending on project scope and setup, execution capacity can scale to teams of 35–50 people.
