Barrows & Associates Information

We are a team of 5 award winning agents, all of whom are focused completely on client satisfaction. We spend time listening to our clients wishes so we may craft the best plan to meet and exceed your needs. We live by a "client for life" motto and strive to meet our clients' goals. We are over 80% referral based in our careers and we strive to reach a 100% referral based business in the future. We offer our clients all of our experience as well as the benefit of our superb Associates; Kim Stockson, Ann Cunningham, and Joyce Linder. Let us put our 35+ years of combined real estate success to work for you! Brian and Jenn live in Rehoboth Beach with their two young sons & dog Tango. Ann lives in downtown Rehoboth Beach and is a retired nurse specializing in cancer treatment. Kim and her family live on the water in Lewes and have successfully run their own printing company for 37 years but Kim's love of real estate has brought her around to working with buyers in the beach towns she loves. Joyce lives in Long Neck and has relocated recently and that gives her the ability to relate to those who are also thinking about relocating. Joyce also assists in handling the clients needs for Jenn and Brian for their upcoming closings. When we team with you to market your property you will consistently hear from Brian & Jenn, not our Associates. It's not just our name on your brochure, we work every day to successfully market your property to bring the best asking price in the current market, and make the process as stress-free as possible through to closing and beyond! Our service doesn't end at the settlement table, we have been and will continue to be here for many, many years after your property is sold. Let us put our over 35 years of combined real estate success to work for you! Translate:
