Barron, President, has a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Arizona State University. She has over 20 years' regulatory affairs, environmental and safety "handson" management in petrochemical and agricultural industries. Her background was in chemical process design and field operations support before moving into environmental affairs. She is proficient in both environmental field operations and administrative functions. She has a broad working knowledge of federal laws and implementing regulations, including: CAA, CWA, RCRA, SARA, EPCRA, ECRA, OSHA, TSCA, NPDES, NSPS, NESHAP and of state laws: CA, TX, LA, NJ, AZ, NM, MS, AL.
