The Barrie & District Association of REALTORS® Inc. is a dynamic and growing association representing over 800 registered real estate professionals. These professionals, known as REALTORS®, serve the Barrie area, one of Canada's fastest growing regions. This region encompasses the City of Barrie, and significant portions of Simcoe County including part or all of Springwater, Oro-Medonte, Innisfil, Essa, Bradford-West Gwillimbury and Clearview. The Association was incorporated in July 1967. The Barrie & District Association of REALTORS® Inc. is committed to providing its members with the structure and services necessary to promote a high standard of business practices and ethics through educational programs, industry awareness initiatives, and special services.
