We are a Public Safety Answering Point located in Glasgow, Kentucky. A lifeline to the citizens of Barren and Metcalfe Counties. Our focus is our community, our responders and our profession. Barren-Metcalfe Emergency Communications Center is a department of The City of Glasgow. We provide service to a population of 60,000 people with a six seat PSAP and taking over 60,000 calls a year.
