He realized the growing need for company resources in HR. Too often companies fail because of HR mistakes that could have been prevented. Capitalizing on the momentum from Barracuda Staffing, he utilized his experience and resources to build Barracuda Consulting. Barracuda Consulting was founded to strengthen teams and safeguard the success of its clients.
