Core activities: 1 PUBLIC SECTOR JOINT VENTURE DEVELOPMENTS Developed pioneering Public/Private sector joint venture companies with Pendle, Burnley, Hyndburn and Rossendale and Craven Councils. 2 PRIVATE SECTOR JOINT VENTURE DEVELOPMENTS/SOLE SPECULATIVE DEVELOPMENTS Deliver portfolio schemes both alone, through their development company Barnfield Investment Properties and through private sector joint venture companies.
