Our maintenance manager personally inspects every vacated unit to ensure any damages caused from a tenant are noted immediately and any repairs will then be paid for from the tenant's security deposit. Our maintenance manager also inspects all homes upon lease renewal. We utilize a very thorough documentation process and record pictures of the inside and outside of every house upon inspection. Tenant Screening We use an independent service to screen all of our tenants.
