About Geoff - Geoff has been working as a professional cabinet maker and shop fitter for the last 14 years, beginning his career in New South Wales. After moving to Queensland in 2009 he worked for various joinery companies where he really cemented his skills, particularly in kitchen design and fitouts. The desire to broaden his skill set in the construction industry led Geoff to spend two years working for a master builder on large designer homes, where he worked as a carpenter and site supervisor. Geoff then made the decision to move to London where he was able to gain employment at Patrick Shilling Woodcraft, which was where his passion for custom timber furniture design really began. It was here that the idea for Bare Joinery really implanted itself in Geoff's mind, and on returning to Australia he was able to put these ideas and plans into motion. Info
